Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist/Manager to join our team. As an HR Specialist/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within our organization. You will work closely with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.


  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all new hires are properly onboarded.
  • Coordinate employee performance evaluations and provide guidance to managers on performance management best practices.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HRIS data.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist/Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
