Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce instance to support our business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows
  • Configure and maintain user roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views to provide insights into business performance
  • Monitor system performance and usage, identifying and resolving issues as they arise
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality
  • Train and support users on Salesforce best practices and functionality
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating and implementing them as appropriate
  • Work with third-party integrations and AppExchange solutions as needed
  • Document system configuration and changes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required, additional certifications (such as Advanced Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization, including workflow rules, validation rules, process builder, and custom objects/fields
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data management tools (such as Data Loader) and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
